For your order, we need the following files sent in a .zip file to files@pcbpro.com:

Drill file In Excellon format. This file should contain finished tool sizes, and X & Y coordinates.
Some software also produces a tool list. Send this if you have it. It may be needed.
Gerber files for: File format-Gerber 274X (embedded apertures), or 274D with aperature list
Layer 1 Top copper ( veiwed from top looking down through to the bottom, pads .017" larger than holes.
Layer 2 -7 The inner layer (signal layers) should have pads .018" larger than finished hole size.
For ground and power layers the clearances around through holes should be .025"min. larger than finished tool size.
To avoid copper being exposed at the boards routed edge, the copper needs to be .025" away from board outline.
Layer 8 Bottom copper, copper features within .010" of board outline on top or bottom may be cut by router.
Top Soldermask Mask relief .008" larger than pad sizes.
Bottom Soldermask Soldermask areas with less than .005" remaining may have to be removed for processing.
Top Silkscreen A .007" line is the smallest that can print through the silkscreen.
Bottom Silkscreen Correct reading from the bottom side.
Board outline This can be a separate layer, or added to any of the above layers.
