Unlike other circuit boards shops, we are not adding additional costs on our lead-free boards. It is our belief that our customers should not be charged more to replace their current boards or order new lead-free boards.

3. TECHNICAL CORNER

THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! If you are, then no need to select our “Design review”. It is our hope that you will because many customers miss items that we could have helped them solve in minutes.

Design Review is always highly recommended, even when you select our electrical test option. Without selecting a design review, along with electrical test, you will receive all boards including those that test negative due to tolerance violations that would have been caught in a Design Review. With a Design Review, those tolerance violations will be identified and dealt with and you will receive only positive tested boards.Click here to view what we check for.

If you do not select design review, please have your design software settings adjusted to our abilities. We would recommend that your files be imported into Pentalogic’s “ Viewmate “, which is the maker of the software platform we use for plotting files and checked against our Manufacturing abilities list.

4. FAQ of the Month

Q. How Do I Re-order My Boards through PCBpro?

In an attempt to be the easiest online site to quote & order circuit boards, we have made re-ordering a simple and painless process for our customers.

Here's the simple process:
1) Go to the MyPro Members page (Log into your account)
2) Select a previous order to re-order and click on ‘Review/Re-Order’ (see below)

3) Then enter your desired quantity & lead time (please remember that once the quantity and lead time is submitted DO NOT HIT THE BACK BUTTON or the order will lose it’s ‘Re-Order’ status and you will need to open a new browser window to begin the re-order process again)
4) Confirm your order information and payment method
5) Submit your order

Do I have to send in files when I re-order?

Answer:
No, you will not need to re-send your files if you have not made changes to your board design. We archive previously ordered files for re-order purposes.

If you have made changes to your PCB design you will need to order from a new quote and upload your files.
